Job Overview

In this role as Senior Sales Leader, you will manage key seller accounts that drive 20%+ business in their category. Your primary responsibility will be to establish strong relationships with top sellers and collaborate with them to enhance customer-facing inputs and achieve category objectives.

About You
  • You should have over 1 year of sales experience and hold a Bachelor's degree.
  • Preferred qualifications include more than 2 years of experience in Account Management or Sales.
  • A background in an analytical, results-driven environment with external customer interaction is also beneficial.
  • You must be able to manage business 'by the numbers' and be metrics-driven.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation abilities, and logical expression are essential.
  • An entrepreneurial drive and proven ability to meet challenging goals in an innovative and fast-paced setting are required.
  • Some travel may be necessary to meet sellers and drive business objectives.
