Overview
Acuity Knowledge Partners, a leading provider of knowledge process outsourcing and market research services, is seeking an experienced Sales Excellence Leader to join its team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
About the Role
This role involves generating revenue through various channels such as digital sales, event sponsorships, and bespoke roundtable discussions. Key responsibilities include expanding the roster of key clients, maintaining close engagement with them, and keeping a strong sales pipeline.
Sales Performance
The successful candidate will be tasked with meeting or exceeding annual sales goals. They will also be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, converting prospects into active sources of revenue, and representing the organization at trade shows and conferences.
Key Competencies
Exceptional skills in managing both stakeholders and clients are essential. A vibrant personality with strong connections within the Market Research industry is also required. The ideal candidate should be a proactive and self-motivated individual who takes ownership of their work and excels as an independent contributor.
About You
We are looking for someone with over 7 years of extensive experience in Market Research or Knowledge Process Outsourcing. An MBA or equivalent qualification is also preferred. If you have expertise in selling comprehensive Market Research services, including experience with Online panels/Survey solutions and Data Collection methods like CAWI (Computer-Assisted Web Interviewing), CATI (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing) services, and others, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
What We Offer
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $1 million to $2 million per year, depending on your level of experience. Other benefits may include bonuses, stock options, and professional development opportunities.
