Job Title: Sales and Business Development Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our sales and business development efforts in the home solutions market. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving growth, building high-performing teams, and establishing strategic partnerships.

**Job Summary:**

As a Sales and Business Development Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the construction and real estate sectors. You will lead a team of sales and customer service executives, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with architects, builders, interior designers, and project managers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead and manage a team of sales and customer service executives
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and housing sector
* Regularly visit construction sites, builder offices, and project locations for product marketing and relationship building
* Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote home solution products
* Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
* Monitor and drive team performance against monthly sales and service targets
* Conduct training sessions for team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
* Coordinate with operations, logistics, and after-sales service teams to ensure smooth customer experience

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

* Minimum 4 years of managerial experience in retail sales or business development
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Experience in marketing or selling to the construction or real estate sector is a plus
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Willingness to travel frequently to construction project sites
* Strong knowledge of home improvement home solution products preferred
* Ability to work under pressure and meet business goals
* Basic computer proficiency, MS Office, CRM tools
