We are seeking a dynamic Senior Account Growth Specialist to join our team in Mumbai/Gurgaon.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for nurturing existing relationships with our large corporate clients, driving business growth, and identifying new opportunities. Your primary focus will be on developing long-term strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive profitability.

About the Role
  • Become the primary point of contact for key clients, building trust and rapport through exceptional customer service.
  • Act as a client advocate, ensuring seamless experience and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to deliver tailored solutions, meeting client needs and expectations.
  • Analyze data to forecast key account metrics, prepare sales reports, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts, leveraging your expertise to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Management degree with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, with a strong understanding of commercial acumen.
  • Excellent networking, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
What We Offer
