Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients' business needs.
- Engage with prospects to understand their requirements and showcase QuickReply.ai as the ideal solution.
- Deliver effective product demonstrations highlighting QuickReply.ai's value and impact on E-commerce WhatsApp marketing.
- Consistently follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel, addressing concerns and objections.
- Offer customized solutions based on client needs to ensure a strong product fit.
- Negotiate deals, address last-minute objections, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging based on market trends and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, updates, and forecasts, sharing them with senior management regularly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an AE in SaaS, preferably in the marketing tech industry.
- Proficiency in managing the full sales cycle, lead generation, and business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with Hubspot/ Other CRMs and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Experience in cold outreach, or event-based selling.
