">We're seeking a highly motivated Sales and Growth Specialist to join our team at Meritto. As a key player in driving business expansion, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities.

- Identify and develop business opportunities through prospecting target accounts, qualifying customer needs, and closing deals.">
- BUILD AND MANAGE A STRONG SALES FUNNEL TO MEET SET GOALS.">
- Cultivate relationships with executive-level decision-makers and establish trust as a reliable advisor.">
- Lead customers through an end-to-end sales cycle, collaborating closely with our Customer Success team.">
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, product briefs, and MoUs that meet our clients' specific needs.">
- Plan and execute strategies to acquire new clients, aligning with set targets to drive organizational growth.">
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A proven track record of success in business-to-business sales.">
- Experience selling software products, particularly in CRM, Sales Automation, Marketing Automation, and Business Process Automation.">
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.">
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events.">
- The ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and travel as needed.">
Compensation and Benefits
">We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for career growth and professional development. This includes a generous salary of $95,000/year.
