We're seeking a highly motivated Sales and Growth Specialist to join our team at Meritto. As a key player in driving business expansion, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  2. Identify and develop business opportunities through prospecting target accounts, qualifying customer needs, and closing deals.">
  3. BUILD AND MANAGE A STRONG SALES FUNNEL TO MEET SET GOALS.">
  4. Cultivate relationships with executive-level decision-makers and establish trust as a reliable advisor.">
  5. Lead customers through an end-to-end sales cycle, collaborating closely with our Customer Success team.">
  6. Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, product briefs, and MoUs that meet our clients' specific needs.">
  7. Plan and execute strategies to acquire new clients, aligning with set targets to drive organizational growth.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of success in business-to-business sales.">
  • Experience selling software products, particularly in CRM, Sales Automation, Marketing Automation, and Business Process Automation.">
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.">
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events.">
  • The ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and travel as needed.">

Compensation and Benefits

">

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for career growth and professional development. This includes a generous salary of $95,000/year.
