Job Overview:
The Director of National Sales will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion
- Manage national level responsibility for channel sales, ensuring seamless delivery of services
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets
- Buid and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base
- Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and identify potential areas for growth
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide accurate sales forecasts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Provide ongoing training and development to the sales team
- Prepare and present sales reports to the management
Requirements:
- More than 15 years of experience in sales and business development
- Proven experience in Automotive Components Industry (Automotive Aftermarkets preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the AAD Industry and Market
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Good understanding of market dynamics and trends
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently and drive results
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
