Job Overview:

The Director of National Sales will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Manage national level responsibility for channel sales, ensuring seamless delivery of services
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets
  • Buid and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and identify potential areas for growth
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and provide accurate sales forecasts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Provide ongoing training and development to the sales team
  • Prepare and present sales reports to the management

Requirements:

  • More than 15 years of experience in sales and business development
  • Proven experience in Automotive Components Industry (Automotive Aftermarkets preferred)
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of the AAD Industry and Market
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Good understanding of market dynamics and trends
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and drive results
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
