Job Title: Business Development Professional for US IT Staffing

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Professional to join our US IT Staffing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify new business leads through cold calling and research
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in IT staffing business development/account management in the US market
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
