Job Role

As a key member of the Alpha Net team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging with top talent in the US staffing market.

  • Develop and post technical job descriptions that showcase our company's innovative approach to staffing.
  • Source candidates through various job portals and networks, leveraging your expertise in Boolean search and social media recruiting.
  • Conduct pre-screening calls to assess applicants' skills and experience, and create personalized recruiting emails to passive candidates.
  • Promote Alpha Net's reputation as a great place to work, and collaborate with the team to achieve our staffing goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technological trends and products, and apply this knowledge to improve our staffing processes.
  • Work closely with the team to motivate and communicate effectively at all levels, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Required Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in US staffing, with a strong track record of success.
  • Team management and client management experience, with a focus on building strong relationships.
  • A bachelor's degree in IT or a relevant field, with a strong understanding of technical concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats, including phone, Skype, and structured interviews.
  • Technical expertise in understanding and explaining job requirements for IT roles.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search.
  • Experience with VMS and ATS systems, as well as a clear understanding of visa processes.
  • A strong desire to build relationships with clients and candidates, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
