A Sales and Business Development Professional plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth for Dovelp. They are responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and develop targeted business strategies.
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share.
- Actively participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote Dovelp's offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Understand clients' needs, challenges, and goals, and tailor product/service offerings accordingly.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
- Conduct thorough product/service presentations to potential clients, highlighting benefits and features.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and quotations that align with client needs and budget.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract terms with clients, aiming to achieve win-win agreements.
- Close sales deals by effectively addressing objections and positioning Dovelp's value proposition.
- Set and meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a regular basis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM software.
- Generate regular sales reports to track progress, identify trends, and provide insights to management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.
- Analyze competitor activities and pricing strategies to maintain Dovelp's competitive edge.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales or business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer preferences.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
