Key Responsibilities:

Marketing:

  1. Develop campaign strategies that align with company goals, target audience, and brand identity.
  2. Create compelling content, including blog posts, social media posts, videos, and infographics, to engage and educate the target audience.
  3. Execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC advertising, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
  4. Develop and maintain a strong brand presence across all marketing materials and channels, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity.
  5. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and use insights to inform marketing strategies.
  6. Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including online platforms, events, content downloads, and more.

Sales:

  1. Develop sales strategies that align with overall business objectives, including identifying target markets, setting sales goals, and defining the sales process.
  2. Engage with leads generated through marketing efforts, qualify them, and guide them through the sales funnel toward conversion.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, addressing their needs and concerns to foster long-term partnerships.
  4. Conduct negotiations with potential customers, address objections, and close deals in a timely manner.
  5. Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads, track interactions, and forecast sales performance.
  6. Provide exceptional post-sale support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing expectations, and addressing any issues that may arise.
