Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic sales professional to join our team at GFL Recruitment Private Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, meeting with clients, presenting product demonstrations, and closing deals. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Generation and Business Development:
  • Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
  1. Client Meetings and Presentations:
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable product solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.
  1. Sales and Deal Closure:
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  1. Marketing and Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
  1. Dealer Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers to ensure a steady flow of business and mutual growth.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to dealers to enhance their sales performance.
  1. Product Value Realization:
  • Clearly communicate and demonstrate the value of our products to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and return on investment.
  1. Visits:
  • Conduct regular visits to different regions within the given area to meet clients, gather market insights, and explore new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 12th Pass / Graduate
  • Proven experience in sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Willingsness to travel extensively and work in the field
