Job Opportunity for Ayurvedic Telesales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Telesales Executive to join our team at Deep Ayurveda Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in telecalling and managing customer queries related to our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, and follow up on assigned leads.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their requirements and suggesting suitable products.
  • Sell wellness products over the phone and achieve targeted sales numbers and quality parameters.
  • Understand customer requirements and explain product features in detail.
  • Address customer issues and grievances, providing a positive customer experience.
  • Capture customer insights and share them with the internal team.
  • Adhere to process requirements.

Skill and Competencies:

  • Business and wellness product knowledge.
  • Customer orientation, language skills, and telemarketing/selling skills.
  • Basic computer skills in MS Excel and Word.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales of ayurvedic pharma products.
