Sales Executive

Deep Ayurveda Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales of ayurvedic pharma products, OTC, and Ayurveda medicine.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to engage with customers and close sales.
- Building strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
- Selling wellness products over the phone and achieving targeted sales numbers and value.
- Understanding customer requirements and explaining product features in detail.
- Addressing customer issues and providing a superior customer experience.
- Capturing insights from customer interactions and sharing them with the internal team.
- Adhering to process requirements and maintaining high levels of professionalism.
Key skills and competencies required include:
- Business knowledge and process knowledge.
- Wellness product knowledge.

- Language skills in English and regional languages.
- Telemarketing and selling skills.
- Basic computer skills in MS Excel and Word.
