Job Description

Deep Ayurveda Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales of ayurvedic pharma products, OTC, and Ayurveda medicine.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to engage with customers and close sales.
  • Building strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Selling wellness products over the phone and achieving targeted sales numbers and value.
  • Understanding customer requirements and explaining product features in detail.
  • Addressing customer issues and providing a superior customer experience.
  • Capturing insights from customer interactions and sharing them with the internal team.
  • Adhering to process requirements and maintaining high levels of professionalism.

Key skills and competencies required include:

  • Business knowledge and process knowledge.
  • Wellness product knowledge.

  • Language skills in English and regional languages.

  • Basic computer skills in MS Excel and Word.

Job Type: Full-time, Salary: 15k-18k per month + Variable monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly incentive.
