A Sales Executive at Dovelp plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expansion. Key responsibilities include business development, client relationship management, sales process execution, sales targets and reporting, market intelligence, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Business Development:
- Identify and research potential clients, industries, and markets to generate new leads, and develop strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share.
- Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote company offerings.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty, and understand clients' needs, challenges, and goals.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
Sales Process:
- Conduct product/service presentations to potential clients, highlighting benefits and features, and prepare and deliver compelling proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract terms with clients, aiming to achieve win-win agreements, and close sales deals by addressing objections and positioning the company's value proposition.
Sales Targets and Reporting:
- Set and meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM software.
- Generate sales reports to track progress, identify trends, and provide insights to management.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics, and analyze competitor activities and pricing strategies.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience, and provide feedback from clients and the field to contribute to product/service enhancements.
