Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join RChilli Inc.'s growing sales team. The SDR will play a crucial role in driving lead generation, prospecting, and developing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Conduct thorough research to identify potential prospects using online resources, social media, and databases.
  • Outreach & Prospecting: Initiate and maintain contact with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to qualify prospects.
  • Qualifying Leads: Understand and analyze the needs of prospects, qualifying them for further engagement by the sales team.
  • CRM Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to understand prospect needs, ensure smooth handovers of leads, and achieve sales goals.
  • Follow-up: Maintain timely follow-up with inbound and outbound leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Reporting & Feedback: Provide feedback and insights on lead quality and outreach performance to optimize sales strategies.
  • Sales Strategy Input: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and lead generation tactics.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 12 years of experience in a sales or customer service role (preferably in SaaS or B2B environments).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to build rapport and engage prospects.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot), email marketing tools, and sales automation platforms.
  • Goal Oriented: Strong desire to meet or exceed measurable performance goals.
  • Persistence: Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and continuously improve.
  • Self Starter: Highly proactive with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a sales or business development role, especially within a technology company.
  • Familiarity with Lead Generation Tools: Familiarity with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the industry-specific knowledge related to your product/service.
