Business Development Representative

The Inside Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving the company's revenue by generating new business opportunities through prospect engagement. This position significantly impacts the company's sales pipeline and customer acquisition efforts, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and qualify leads
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects
• Utilize sales techniques to convert leads into customers
• Manage and update customer information in the CRM system
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts
• Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales technology
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
