Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to play a key role in driving business growth and expansion. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new leads, meeting with clients, and presenting product demonstrations to ultimately close deals and achieve sales targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation and Business Development
  • Identify and generate new leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Client Meetings and Presentations
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable product solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.
Sales and Deal Closure
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Marketing and Market Research
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
Dealer Management
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers to ensure a steady flow of business and mutual growth.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to dealers to enhance their sales performance.
Product Value Realization
  • Clearly communicate and demonstrate the value of our products to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and return on investment.
On-Field Job Requirements
  • Be comfortable with extensive travel and working in the field to meet clients and achieve sales targets.
  • Adapt to different environments and cultures while maintaining a high level of professionalism and effectiveness.
