Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge and Communication: Develop a deep understanding of the products/services offered to effectively communicate their benefits and features to potential clients, and overcome objections and resistance from prospects through effective communication and persuasion.
  • Generating Prospects and Arranging Meetings: Generate prospects through channels like cold calling, networking, and referrals, and arrange meetings for sales managers.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and gathering feedback from clients regarding products, services, and overall satisfaction.
  • Market and Competitor Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies, and provide regular updates and insights to the team based on market research.
