Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Executive at Evarastaffing, you will be responsible for:
Client MeetingsSchedule and conduct regular face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their requirements. Present company products with proper support materials.
Sales Reporting and DocumentationProvide accurate and timely reports on sales activities and travel expenses. Maintain thorough documentation of all sales-related activities and communication for record-keeping purposes.
Product Knowledge and CommunicationDevelop a deep understanding of the products/services offered to effectively communicate their benefits and features to potential clients. Overcome objections and resistance from prospects through effective communication and persuasion.
Generating Prospects and Arranging MeetingsGenerate prospects through channels like cold calling, networking, and referrals. Arrange meetings for the sales manager.
Relationship BuildingBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs. Gather feedback from clients regarding products, services, and overall satisfaction.
Market and Competitor InsightsStay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies. Provide regular updates and insights to the team based on market research.
