Responsibilities:- Establish at least 8-10 new qualified appointments per month.
- Provide weekly status reports on progress to management.
- Conduct daily research on target accounts using sources such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and others to identify relevant contacts.
- Assist in scheduling face-to-face meetings for conferences and planned travel.
- Complete Lead Handover Documents for all scheduled meetings to prepare the Client Partner for client calls.
- Research summaries on target companies and industry happenings/opportunities related to the MSP space.
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Presents well in conversation both in person and over the phone.
- Experience calling MSP prospects and/or direct hiring managers.
- Strong persuasive skills to convince prospects to schedule meetings.
- Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Self-starter who works well independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
- Driven by success and meeting goals.
- Demonstrated ability to implement sales strategies to gain new relationships and maintain/grow existing ones.
- Ability to effectively communicate with Maxonic Executive Leadership and within the client environment.
