Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Business Partner. This role will be responsible for driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture, managing attendance and scheduling, handling employee grievances, and overseeing recruitment and induction for blue-collar staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary HR point of contact at the warehouse site.
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Manage attendance, absenteeism, and shift scheduling in coordination with operations teams.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution effectively.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction for blue-collar/frontline staff.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment).
  • Maintain and update HR records, documentation, and MIS reports accurately.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and streamline HR policies and practices.
  • Ensure smooth HR operations across rotational shifts and multiple workforce levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of overall HR experience in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing setups.
  • Proven experience in managing a blue-collar workforce.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with staff at all levels.
  • Proficiency in regional languages preferred for effective employee communication.
  • Solid knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and travel across warehouse locations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/tools.
