Job Title: Human Resources Manager

 

About the Role:

  • The Human Resources Manager will partner with senior management to define and implement an HR strategy that aligns with the organization's goals.
  • This includes leading organizational design and workforce planning efforts to support business growth, as well as developing and managing talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in the logistics industry.
  • The successful candidate will oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance.
  • They will also be responsible for implementing robust HR policies and processes tailored to the organization's needs, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and industry best practices.
  • A key aspect of this role is driving continuous improvement in HR processes, with a focus on operational efficiency and employee experience.
  • The Human Resources Manager will lead initiatives for employee training, leadership development, and succession planning to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Additionally, they will develop and implement performance management systems, ensuring regular performance evaluations, feedback, and career development opportunities for employees.
  • Fostering a positive work environment that reflects the organization's values is also crucial, encouraging engagement, diversity, and inclusion within the team.
  • The ideal candidate will utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and monitor the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Regular reporting on HR metrics (hiring, retention, employee satisfaction, etc.) to senior leadership is also required.
  • In this fast-paced environment, the Human Resources Manager will act as a change agent, driving initiatives that support business transformation and cultural alignment.

About You:

  • You have experience in human resources, preferably in a management or leadership role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
  • You should be able to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills are critical for this role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP or HRCI PHR are a plus.
