Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Human Resources and People strategy across the globe. This role requires a strong HR background, preferably in a multinational setting.

  • Establish a global HR framework, encompassing policies, compliance, performance, and leadership development.
  • Design scalable systems for HR operations, employee relations, and talent management across multiple geographies.

Global Leadership

This is a strategic corporate role that demands an understanding of local employment laws in each region (India, USA, Turkey, UAE). You will work closely with senior executives to drive global HR strategy and corporate governance.

  • Partner with business leaders to design headcount planning, succession pipelines, and leadership hiring.
  • Develop and implement training programs to support long-term growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and develop diverse high-performing teams globally.
  • Manage local HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, and compliance with Indian labor laws.
  • Drive company-wide initiatives focused on engagement, retention, and career development.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in a multinational company.
  • Proven track record of building HR systems from scratch in a growth-stage environment.
  • Deep knowledge of India HR laws and experience running India HR operations.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally to various Beeontrade offices (US, Turkey, UAE).
