Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies within our organization.

This position requires an experienced HR leader with at least 10 years of experience in the Gulf region, preferably in UAE, and a solid understanding of UAE statutory compliances.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead recruitment efforts to identify, attract, and select top talent, ensuring compliance with company objectives and UAE labor laws.
    • Oversee payroll administration, attendance management, and benefits administration to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
    • Develop, implement, and update HR policies, job descriptions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and employee handbooks aligned with company goals and UAE labor laws.
    • Manage performance appraisal systems to foster a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with all UAE statutory requirements, including labor laws, visa processing, gratuity settlements, and employee welfare regulations.
    • Act as a strategic partner to management, providing insights on organizational design, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
    • Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
    • Drive HR initiatives related to training, learning & development, employee engagement, and succession planning.
    • Maintain and enhance HR systems, databases, and reporting structures for improved efficiency and decision-making.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in HR Management or related field, preferably in the Gulf region (UAE).
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and statutory compliances.
  • Expertise in recruitment, payroll, attendance management, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and performance appraisal frameworks.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office Suite.
