About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Human Resources function. This includes overseeing multiple facets such as onboarding, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, and policy development.

  • Onboarding & Employee Experience
    • Ensure a seamless onboarding process from documentation to orientation.
    • Conduct and monitor onboarding assessments to evaluate training and induction effectiveness.
    • Oversee asset allocation and management for new joiners.
    • Provide employee support by handling queries, resolving issues, and driving innovative approaches to enhance employee experience.
  • Policies & Processes
    • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational culture and compliance requirements.
    • Establish and standardize HR processes for efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
    • Develop and maintain organizational hierarchy structures, ensuring clarity in reporting lines and role responsibilities.
  • HR Systems & Reporting
    • Drive the adoption and utilization of Keka HRMS across payroll, leave, performance, and reporting modules.
    • Prepare and lead HR reports for management, covering workforce data, attrition, and engagement.
    • Analyze report data, identify gaps, and implement improvements for data-driven HR decision-making.
  • Payroll & Compliance
    • Oversee end-to-end payroll management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Ensure statutory compliance with TDS, PF, ESIC, and other labor laws.
    • Monitor adherence to compliance frameworks and regulatory updates.
    • Maintain a fair and ethical workplace environment, upholding the Code of Conduct.
  • Performance & Employee Relations
    • Support increment meetings, providing inputs based on performance, market trends, and organizational policies.
    • Strengthen employee engagement, culture, and communication through HR Connect initiatives.
    • Advise management and employees on HR-related matters.
