Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Dindigul. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing daily HR tasks including developing HR policies, handling employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. The role includes ensuring compliance with labor laws, coordinating employee relations activities, managing recruitment processes, and assisting with performance management systems. The HR Specialist will also support the implementation of HR initiatives and help cultivate a positive working environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
- Experience in Personnel Management and maintaining compliance with labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
