HR Head- India

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR leader to spearhead our people strategy in India. As the HR Head for India, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns seamlessly with our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies: You will lead the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy and global initiatives.
  • Manage Full Spectrum of HR Functions: You will manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development.
  • Foster Positive Organizational Culture: You will foster a positive organizational culture that promotes employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Support Global HR Programs: You will support in the development and implementation of global HR programs.
  • Partner with Business Leaders: You will partner with business leaders to provide HR guidance and support.
  • Provide Strategic Leadership: You will provide strategic leadership and effective management to the Human Resources team in India.
  • Ensure Compliance: You will ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Utilize HR Metrics: You will utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and improve HR processes.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a multinational organization.
    • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Deep understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices, with the ability to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
    • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational success.
    • Experience working in a multinational company, preferably in the hearing healthcare industry.
