Job Title: Senior Human Resources Manager

The role of the Senior Human Resources Manager is to lead our HR operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This includes managing all aspects of HR operations, such as administration, payroll, statutory compliance, audits, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all aspects of HR operations, including administration, payroll, statutory compliance, audits, and process optimization.
  2. Direct end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical positions, delivering efficient talent acquisition.
  3. Champion HR processes and initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness, drive automation, and maintain best-in-class standards.
  4. Ensure full adherence to compliance and audit requirements, monitor labor law updates, and maintain statutory records.
  5. Oversee employee relations, resolve grievances, and develop strategies to maintain a collaborative work climate.
  6. Guide the management and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment to business objectives and statutory mandates.
  7. Partner with leadership and business heads to address people challenges, succession planning, and workforce readiness.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience managing HR operations in a manufacturing setup.
  • Deep knowledge of labor laws, compliance, audits, and HR processes.
  • Extensive experience in fast-paced recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy deployment.
  • Proven proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite; problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
