Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to spearhead our growing teams while ensuring seamless payroll management across various employee categories. This role demands strategic thinking, effective communication, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities
  • HR Business Partnering:
    • Collaborate with key business functions to drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
    • Oversight of employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, inductions, confirmations to exits.
  • Payroll Management:
    • Process monthly payroll for corporate, retail, and third-party contractual employees.
    • Coordinate with vendors for accurate disbursement and validate salary inputs.
    • Ensure zero discrepancies through thorough reconciliation.
  • Compliance & Audits:
    • Maintain adherence to statutory and labor law compliance requirements.
    • Liaise with vendors and consultants to ensure up-to-date documentation and filings.
    • Conduct internal audits and reviews to maintain HR records in line with compliance requirements.
  • HR Operations & MIS:
    • Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, payroll MIS, and compliance trackers.
    • Handle documentation for all employee categories including employment agreements and compliance declarations.
    • Support HR automation initiatives and process enhancements.
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
    • MBA in HR / PGDHRM with 4-6 years of relevant experience
    • Strong hands-on experience with payroll
    • Strong stakeholder management, communication and conflict resolution skills
    • Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
    • Proficient in Google Workspace/ Google sheets.
    • Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
