
HR Systems Manager

Job Overview
This role involves managing day-to-day HR tech operations, system enhancements, audits, and automation projects with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Main contact for all HR technology-related queries, issues, and enhancements.
- Independent management of daily HR tech operations, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
- Manage and conduct HR technology audits, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and system security.
- Liaise with business technology teams to align HR systems with enterprise-wide solutions and integrations.
- Lead implementation of new system enhancements and ensure adoption by HR and employees.
- Maintain and optimize HR systems, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process gaps and deploy digital workflows.
- Monitor system performance, generate HR dashboards, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Train HR teams and employees on new features, functionalities, and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in HR Technology / HR Operations with hands-on system management.
- Knowledge of Zing HR, TurboHire, Power Automate, Power BI is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance, payroll, etc.).
- Prior experience in HR tech audits and compliance checks is beneficial.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
