We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to lead our HR function.
This role involves overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
About the Role:- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business needs and foster a positive work environment.
- Design and execute effective recruitment strategies, ensuring timely and successful hiring processes.
- Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure seamless onboarding for new employees.
- Foster open communication, conflict resolution, and a respectful workplace culture.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
- Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans.
- Identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate employee skill enhancement and career growth.
- Design and administer competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and performance-based compensation reviews.
- Manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave records.
- Prepare and submit required HR reports and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in India.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in India.
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and training and development.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits administration and experience designing relevant programs.
- Familiarity with HR systems and software for data management and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with capacity to handle sensitive information.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities.
