HR Strategist

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Drive recruitment strategies to attract top talent across design, marketing, and operations
  • Develop compelling job descriptions and manage the end-to-end hiring process
  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast and fulfill staffing needs
  • Build employer branding initiatives to position Studio AsA as a preferred place to work

People & Culture

  • Cultivate a creative, inclusive, and high-trust work culture
  • Plan and execute employee engagement programs, team-building events, and wellness initiatives
  • Design onboarding and orientation experiences that reflect our values

Performance & Growth

  • Define KRAs, review cycles, and learning goals for all departments
  • Drive performance appraisals, goal-setting, and leadership development initiatives
  • Recommend training programs and upskilling opportunities for our teams

Compliance & HR Operations

  • Maintain HR policies and ensure legal compliance (PF, ESIC, POSH, etc.)
  • Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, and employee records
  • Handle conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions with empathy and professionalism

To succeed in this role, you should be a people-first, process-driven HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. We value 5+ years of HR experience, a strong understanding of modern HR practices and labour laws in India, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive, empathetic, and culturally sensitive approach.
