Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will provide strategic support to business units by aligning HR practices with operational needs.

  • Support the implementation of HR policies and processes across departments.
  • Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires into our organization.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances; resolve issues in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Collaborate with managers to develop performance management plans, ensuring timely feedback and goal setting.
  • Maintain HR dashboards to track key people metrics such as attrition, engagement, and productivity.
  • Contribute to initiatives that foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Support organizational change efforts by facilitating communication and alignment among employees during transitions.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • At least 3-7 years of experience in HR or a related field, with expertise in core HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport and manage relationships across levels.
  • Experience in managing employee relations, inductions, and supporting performance processes.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities, attention to detail, and process adherence.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards.
