About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development professional to support our growth initiatives in the HR staffing and recruitment industry. This opportunity is ideal for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in sales, client engagement, and strategic partnerships.

  • Identify prospective clients across target industries and conduct research on their needs and pain points.
  • Support outreach campaigns (emails, calls) to generate new business leads and foster relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Assist in proposal preparation, capability decks, and client presentations to showcase expertise and solutions.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and lead data to inform business development strategies.
  • Track business development activities and prepare reports on pipeline progress to drive informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to align client requirements with candidate sourcing and provide exceptional service.
  • Participate in client meetings and document follow-ups to ensure seamless communication and relationship-building.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, HR, or Marketing, with a strong understanding of the HR staffing and recruitment industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Aptitude for analysis, problem-solving, and strategic thinking to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce) a plus.
