We have an exciting Human Resource Internship available for candidates who want to develop their skills in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

  • This is a remote internship opportunity that requires minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing and screening potential candidates.
  • Supporting the scheduling and coordination of interviews.
  • Assisting with the onboarding process for new interns/employees.
  • Conducting and documenting feedback sessions to improve HR processes.
  • Maintaining records and ensuring policy compliance.

To be considered for this role, you must have strong communication skills (written & verbal) and basic knowledge of HR concepts.

You should also possess good time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential for this position.

We offer a flexible working schedule (10–15 hrs/week) and a 3-month duration for this internship.
