HR Visionary

Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, we are seeking a skilled Human Resources Director to lead our HR function and drive strategic initiatives that promote employee engagement, learning & development, and organizational growth.

• HR Leadership: Oversee the HR team and ensure the smooth execution of HR processes and policy adherence.
• Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes, maintaining accurate employee records and HR reports.
• Payroll and Compliance: Ensure payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, and review HR-related agreements and vendor negotiations.
• Employee Engagement and Development: Drive employee engagement and Learning & Development initiatives, overseeing performance management, appraisals, and promotions.
• Policy Adherence and Grievance Handling: Handle employee grievances, ensuring policy adherence.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in HR or a related field, with 10+ years of proven HR leadership experience. Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance is essential, along with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
