Internship Opportunity in Human Resources

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic intern to join our team in Mumbai. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate is a student or recent graduate looking to gain practical exposure in the HR domain.

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and internal databases.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support onboarding activities, including documentation and orientation.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with employee engagement and training program coordination.
  • Handle routine HR administrative tasks and support HR team initiatives.
  • Participate in maintaining confidentiality and professional standards in HR processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Eagerness to learn, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be available for immediate joining and full-time work in Mumbai.
