We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing HR systems, payroll processing, and benefits administration. They will also have experience in tax and labour compliance, vendor management, and people management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the HR systems from hire to retire data management.
  • Oversee the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, including salaries, wages, deductions, and benefits for APAC countries.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable payroll laws and regulations, including tax regulations, labour laws, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with inter-departments to address and resolve compliance related discrepancy.
  • Optimize cost and minimize risk through effective vendor management.
  • Proactively ensure optimal utilization of available resource to support BAU and Global HR projects.
  • Address and resolve employee payroll queries and issues promptly and accurately.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in human resources / MBA.
  • 15 to 20 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR Operations hire to retire process, Payroll and compliance (preferably exposure to APAC countries).
  • Handled a team of 5 to 10 people for 5 + years in your previous roles.
  • Proficiency in HRM systems such as Workday/Oracle –
  • Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization, locally and globally.
  • Experience in a global (matrix) organization preferred.
  • Effective collaboration skills and the ability to influence stakeholders and vendor, having exposure to ADP Celergo/Streamline and Money movement concepts.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
