About the Role

The position of Senior Fund Operations Specialist is open for a highly skilled professional to lead and maintain legal entity management, data integrity, and process improvement initiatives.

This challenging role requires strong analytical thinking, process orientation, leadership skills, strategic thinking, effective communication, adaptability, and technology proficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of fund structures, operations, and regulatory requirements. Strong organizational and project management skills are also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage comprehensive reference data setup across multiple platforms.
  • Perform regular reconciliations and validations between all platforms to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain ongoing monitoring and maintenance of data integrity across systems.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in fund administration, legal entity management, or financial services operations.
  • Experience with alternative investment structures (private equity, hedge funds, real estate, etc.).
  • Proficiency with Diligent Entities platform.
  • Experience with fund administration systems (eFront, PE AUM Portal, or similar platforms).
