Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Process Executive to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent comprehension and articulation skills, allowing them to effectively communicate with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of industry activities, including Capital Market/Mutual Funds/Investment Banking/Financial services/Banking is essential for this role.
  • Hands-on experience with reviewing and updating corporate bond data in internal systems and company software is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality control on securities entered onto proprietary company software.
  • Identify discrepancies and make necessary updates to reconcile data.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication, organization, interpersonal planning, and analytical skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Finance or Accounting preferred) and demonstrated, proven experience in Financial Services Operations or similar role.
  • Ideal candidate should have up to 1-2 years of experience in Investment Management Operations.
