Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist
Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing data entries, preparing and assisting in day-to-day operations in accounting.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain full sets of accounting books including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable; ensuring that all transactions are accurately and timely recorded.
- Reconcile bank statements, monitor cash books and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements and other relevant accounting schedules.
- Mid-level candidates with a minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
- Experience in SAP, Xero, Tally accounting softwares preferred.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or other professional accounting qualification, with working knowledge of India FRS / IFRS standards.
