Responsibilities include developing and maintaining pre-defined investor specific quarterly bespoke reporting templates, analyzing PE Funds performance by reviewing fund cash flows and quarterly/financial reports, calculating fund valuation data such as investment cost, realized/unrealized value, gross/net multiple, and financial KPIs like revenue, EBITDA, net debt, and valuation/leverage multiples, tracking the performance of operational KPIs and operational updates on a quarterly basis, creating/update fund track record and reconciling data using cash flow notices, calculating fund multiples and IRRs using cash flows and performing various fund analytics like attribution and value creation analysis, reconciling portfolio level operational data including geographical presence, headquarter, and portfolio leverage, coordinating with different teams to obtain timely information and communicate status updates to clients on a regular basis.
RequirementsPost-graduate degree or professional certifications like CFA, CA, MBA, CCRA, CIIA, or CAIA are required for this position.
Experience in relevant financial services with expertise in management reporting, operational finance, or research is essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and other tools like Power BI and Microsoft Access is an added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work products are also necessary. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities is crucial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a solutions-focused approach are required for success in this role.
