As part of the Founder's Office, you will act as the strategic right hand to the Founder, managing cross-functional priorities, ensuring smooth operations, and playing a leading role in conceptualizing and executing our global events.

This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a strong bias toward execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working directly with the Founder on strategic initiatives, decision-making, and execution of critical projects.
  • Managing and coordinating across multiple verticals of Giakaa Group, ensuring alignment of goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Driving planning, execution, and stakeholder management for events, conferences, and forums hosted by Giakaa Capital.
  • Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and industry tracking to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and briefs for internal and external stakeholders including investors, partners, and policymakers.
  • Acting as a central point of communication and ensuring follow-through on commitments across teams.
  • Overseeing operational excellence, monitoring KPIs and ensuring execution of day-to-day activities across business verticals.
