Lead Business Expansion as Chief Marketing Officer

About the Role:

We seek a seasoned marketing executive to spearhead business expansion efforts. As our ideal candidate, you will possess extensive experience in the apparel industry and a proven track record of developing strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth through targeted business development strategies.
  • Oversee product lines including tops, bottoms, outerwear, formal wear, casual wear, knits, woven, denim, sportswear, and activewear.
  • Develop strong sourcing knowledge of fabrics, trims, accessories, costing, and other related areas from various regions.
  • Manage product development, costing, and supply chain management.
  • Travel extensively to meet buyers, make presentations, and attend international trade fairs.
  • Collaborate with design and product development teams to create new collections.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 30 years of experience in the apparel industry, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong expertise in handling premium brands.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Formal education in fashion, textiles, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in leading teams and developing business strategies is essential.
