Job Title: Strategic Partner

The Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing strategic guidance and operational expertise to drive business growth and success.

  • Strategic Execution: Own and manage end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring maximum revenue, customer experience, and brand equity.
  • Operational Alignment: Ensure strategic initiatives are operationally feasible and scalable, working closely with internal teams to integrate initiatives seamlessly into existing workflow.
  • Cross-Departmental Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to create comprehensive, actionable strategies that align with company goals and vision.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a strategic planning, Chief of Staff, or leadership role in the real estate industry or similar sectors. A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field is required, with preference for degrees from tier 1 institutions.

The Chief of Staff will be responsible for:

  • Driving strategic initiatives that drive growth, operational excellence, and market competitiveness.
  • Maintaining clear, consistent communication and collaboration within the leadership team.
  • Effectively managing resources and timelines for high-priority projects.
  • Succeeding change adoption by integrating new initiatives, technologies, and business models.
  • Measuring improvements in revenue, market share, and operational efficiency.
  • Delivering complex, multidimensional projects that drive value for the business.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical thinking, project management, and leadership skills, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
