Investment Lead - Real Estate Acquisitions

The key objective of this role is to oversee the evaluation, structuring, and execution of real estate acquisitions across India with a focus on industrial parks.

  • Develop comprehensive financial models, feasibility studies, and scenario analyses to inform investment decisions.
  • Design optimal tax and capital structures for new acquisitions in coordination with legal and financial advisors.
  • Prepare investment memoranda, approval notes, and presentations for internal stakeholders and Investment Committee reviews.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing due diligence processes and developing transaction term sheets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitoring asset performance and overseeing key asset management functions to drive value creation.
  • Providing regular progress reports and updates to fund investors on development and financial milestones.
  • Tracking and analyzing relevant government policies and regulations impacting industrial and real estate development.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 14+ years of relevant experience in real estate, investments, acquisitions, or asset management.
  • A proven ability to lead teams, take ownership of complex projects, and drive results aligned with organizational goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to convey complex ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to develop insights, evaluate risks, and solve complex financial and operational problems.
