Category Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive category growth and profitability. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that align with our business objectives.

• P&L Management: Own the profit and loss at the category level, plan pricing and discounts aligned with growth targets, identify opportunities for revenue growth.
• Inventory Planning: Forecast demand based on data, seasonality, and trends, ensure healthy inventory levels to reduce stock-outs and dead stock.
• Assortment Strategy: Build collections that meet customer demand and brand identity, plan product mix across price points, characters, and collections.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with design on seasonal directions and briefs, collaborate with marketing and e-commerce for launches and visibility.
