About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Professional to drive lead generation and appointment setting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, identify, and engage potential leads across various channels.
- Qualify leads from diverse sources and progress them through the sales pipeline.
- Manage and track prospects using CRM software and Sales Navigator.
- Develop and submit tailored proposals to secure business opportunities.
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings for senior leadership.
- Nurture relationships with prospects until they are ready for conversion.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Sales Navigator or equivalent platforms.
- Experience in proposal writing and submission.
- Strong communication and research skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to multiple industries.
- Flexibility to work across Indian time zones with occasional US-hours meetings.
