
Executive Business Development Manager

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven professional to lead our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
- Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close new business deals to achieve sales quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitor products.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events to generate leads.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
